BP Round 3 Covid-19 Parent Letter

Dear Parents of Bridgeport Elementary,

On behalf of the entire Hamilton City School District, we want to thank our parents, students, and staff for their patience, hard work, and dedication to each other throughout the phases of this COVID-19 closure.

Beginning Monday, May 4th, new assignments and lessons will be pushed out virtually through the current platforms your children’s teacher(s) have been using.  Should you have any trouble accessing online learning, please contact your child’s teacher.  In addition, beginning Monday, May 4th, our 3rd round of paper copies will be available for pick up at Bridgeport for parents who are not using or have access to online learning.

In order to access the new assignment folder, families are asked to bring the previously completed work to turn in via our curbside pick-up system.  Specific details, including times and dates for pick up at Bridgeport:

BP Drive Thru Pick-up
Drive to the Kindergarten entrance closest to the PK/K Playground
Stay in your car and someone will take your student(s) names and bring the academic packets to your car window.
Return work will be collected at that time.
Please let the staff member know if your student participated in Girls on the Run as there is a packet to be given out as well.
