In order to serve non-public schools efficiently, the Hamilton City School District Transportation Department needs to know if your student will be using our services for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Transportation is provided to Badin High School, St. Ann, St. Joseph, St. Peter in Chains, Queen of Peace, Cincinnati Christian Schools, Immanuel Lutheran, Richard Allen Academy, Fairfield Preparatory Academy, Hamilton Early Learning Center, Grant Early Learning Center, Marshall High School - Hamilton Campus, and Sacred Heart. Students who live more than one (1) mile from their elementary or more than two (2) miles from their high school are eligible for transportation. Please complete the Non-Public Transportation Request Form linked below:
Non-Public Transportation Request Form
Nonpublic School bus routes will be created according to the requests received by July 15, 2024. Requests received after August 1, 2024 will be processed two weeks after the first day of Hamilton City Schools are in session. A new request form is required for every student every school year. All requests made during the school year will take 2 to 3 days to be processed.
All students will be assigned transportation based on their home address. Please remember that students are assigned to specific buses and specific bus stops to balance loads on buses and make sure that routes run in a timely manner. Students are not permitted to ride a different bus for non-emergency reasons. Students are only authorized 1 AM stop and 1 PM Stop Monday through Friday. If your student will be picked up or dropped off at an address other than your home, please fill out the
Transportation To/From Childcare Provider Request Form linked below in addition to the
Non-Public Transportation Request Form.
Bus schedules will be provided to Nonpublic schools and will also be available on the District web site. It is important to make sure your student is waiting at their assigned bus stop five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Please take a moment to review the bus safety rules with your student to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all passengers. As you put your children on the bus each morning, you can be assured they are traveling in the safest mode of transportation. We looked forward to working together to provide a fun and safe travel year.
