In order to serve non-public schools efficiently, the Hamilton City School District Transportation Department needs to know if your student will be using our services for the 2022-23 school year. Transportation is provided to Badin High School, St. Ann, St. Joseph, St. Peter in Chains, Queen of Peace, Cincinnati Christian Schools, Immanuel Lutheran, Richard Allen Academy, and Sacred Heart. Students who live more than one (1) mile from their elementary or more than two (2) miles from their high school are eligible for transportation. Please complete the Non-Public / Butler Tech Transportation Request Form linked below:
Non-Public / Butler Tech Transportation Request Form
Nonpublic School bus routes will be created according to the requests received by July 1, 2022. Requests received after July 12, 2022 will be processed two weeks after the first day of Hamilton City Schools are in session. A new request form is required for every student every school year.
Bus schedules will be provided to Nonpublic schools and will also be available on the District web site. It is important to make sure your student is waiting at their assigned bus stop five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Please take a moment to review the bus safety rules with your student to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all passengers. As you put your children on the bus each morning, you can be assured they are traveling in the safest mode of transportation. We looked forward to working together to provide a fun and safe travel year.
