On January 8, 2020, John Morris Russell of the Cincinnati Pops visited the Fitton Center. Mr. Russell is best known for his association with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra but as served as a guest conductor for many of North America's distinguished ensembles, including orchestras in Toronto, Dallas, and London just to name a few.

During his visit, Mr. Russell took some time to speak with transition students from Hamilton High School - Main Campus. Our transition students volunteer with area businesses to gain life experiences that will assist them with their transition from High School.

Additionally, Mr. Russell and our students had an opportunity to visit with School Board Vice President, Mr. Laurin Sprague, who spent over 30 years working with the Fine Arts program in Hamilton City Schools.
