The Hamilton City School District will be giving a clerical exam for all classifications on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. at the Board of Education, 533 Dayton Street Hamilton, OH, 45012.

Please register to attend clerical testing. Please note that testing candidates shall be required to produce a valid state photo identification at the time they arrive and sign in for the test. Cell phones and other electronic devices, with the exception of calculators, shall not be permitted.
Pre-registration is required. Masks for the testing session are required.
Registration will close on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 11:59 p.m.

From 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- Testing will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Current employees who passed the baseline test after January 2017 with a 70% or better do not need to take the baseline test again. All other participants are required to take a baseline test. In addition to the baseline tests, participants should register for one or more of the following tests:
- Clerk Test
- Secretary / Data Application Specialist Test
- Financial Clerk Test
