The Hamilton City School District will be giving a clerical exam for all classifications on May 22, 2021, at the Hamilton City Schools Board of Education, 533 Dayton Street, Hamilton, OH, 45012.

Please register to attend clerical testing. Please note that testing candidates shall be required to produce a valid state photo identification at the time they arrive and sign in for the test. Cell phones and other electronic devices, with the exception of calculators, shall not be permitted.
Pre-registration is required. Due to COVID19 and the need for social distancing, registration is limited to 25 participants for each session.
Registration will close on May 14, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

There will be two sessions. Please choose ONLY one session when completing the registration.
- Session 1: 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Registration will begin at 8:15 AM.)
- Session 2: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Registration will begin at 11:15 AM.)

Current employees who passed the baseline test with a 70% or better do not need to take the baseline test again. All other participants are required to take a baseline test. In addition to the baseline tests, participants should register for one or more of the following tests:
- Clerk Test
- Secretary / Data Application Specialist Test
- Financial Clerk Test
