On-Line Forms:

If at all possible, please fill out the Student Information Form and the Volunteer Form from our Student Information Maintenance Center. This will save our volunteers many hours of manually entering the data into our database. Even if you cannot volunteer to help out the HHS Band Parents, this form must be filled out and submitted. Doing it on line would be a big help!
