Even if you do not have time to volunteer, there are still many ways you can help!
Fill out the Student Information Sheet and Volunteer Form online.This will save us so much time and ensure greater accuracy.Both these forms are available in the Student Information Maintenance area of our website.Even if your child was in band last year, we need the information to be verified again to make sure our records are correct.Just login, and then click on My Students.For the Student Information Form, click on the EDIT link on the right, verify the information we have for your child and click the submit button at the bottom of the screen.For the Volunteer Form, take the Volunteer Form link on the left.
Carpooling: Especially with the high gas prices, and the number of rehearsals, games and competitions, students often find themselves without a ride to the school.Please consider carpooling!Just check the Carpool checkbox and enter your neighborhood or a brief description of where you live so you can be added to the list of parents who are willing to carpool.NOTE:It is the responsibility of the students or parents to make transportation arrangements, not the band director or the band parent organization.We are simply supplying a list of parents who are willing to carpool.
Make sure your child is at rehearsal early!Warm-ups begin promptly at the posted start time.Students should have their instruments and music, and be in their seats ready to start.
